Dale Brooks

Dale BrooksAs Principal of Brooks Consulting, Dale brings 16 years of experience in nonprofit management and leadership to his consulting, coaching and mentoring work with nonprofit leaders. Prior to launching the consulting practice in 2008, Dale served for four years as CEO of Matthew 28 Global Ministries (M28), a nonprofit ministry he co-founded. Dale also served for 12 years as Senior Minister of Administration & Finance for Richland Hills Church of Christ (RHCC) in Fort Worth. His prior work experience includes financial roles in public accounting, real estate and the oil and gas industries. He graduated summa cum laude from Abilene Christian University in 1979 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and earned his CPA certification later that year. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Let’s Start Talking Ministry, a missions agency, and on the Advisory Boards for the Fortress Youth Development Center and Teen Lifeline, both located in Fort Worth.

Dale HartDale Hart has spent more than 20 years working with nonprofit organizations and ministries in various administrative positions. He has served as Executive Vice-president of Development for Christ's Haven for Children, Vice-president of Development for Dallas Christian Schools and Executive Director for Open Arms Home, the Keller ISD Education Foundation and Teen Lifeline, Inc. Dale's experience in fundraising, management and nonprofit governance has made him a valuable asset to individuals and organizations seeking guidance in these areas. Dale currently operates Anchor Consulting Group, which works with nonprofit organizations in their efforts to operate more efficiently and effectively.

 

Paul Spiegelman

Paul Spiegelman

Paul Spiegelman, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Beryl Companies located in Bedford, Texas, oversees strategic planning and business development for the nation’s leading company in healthcare customer interactions and relationship management. He is responsible for setting the vision for the company, building a strong management team and encouraging a unique culture for the 300-plus co-workers. The Society for Human Resource Management and the Great Place to Work Institute recognized Beryl as the “#2 Best Medium Company to Work for in America” in 2007. Paul was also named as a finalist for the 2007 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. In addition to his business and personal accolades, Paul is a sought-after speaker and often discusses the importance of customer service in healthcare. His views have been published in a range of noteworthy publications, including Inc. Magazine, Dallas Morning News, Healthcare Financial Management, Leadership Excellence and Entrepreneur. His first book, Why is Everyone Smiling? The Secret Behind Passion, Productivity and Profit, explores how businesses can create a corporate culture that fosters creativity, develops employee and customer loyalty and benefits the company's bottom line. Paul recently co-founded the Small Giants Community, an international nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing together like-minded businesses that share a common purpose of building better relationships with employees, stakeholders and the local community.

Michael Thames

Michael Thames

Michael is the current Executive Director of the Fortress Youth Development Center (FYDC) in Fort Worth, a nonprofit organization with a goal of igniting powerful change in the lives of urban youth. Michael has worked with inner city children and youth for 12 years, serving as youth minister at the Fortress Church of Christ from 1999-2005 and later co-founding the FYDC in 2005. Michael graduated with a Bachelors in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2002.
